Georgia North West Customer Testimonials
My experience with Crawlspace Doctor, Inc. was more than I bargained for. He arrived on time for the estimate, explained the process thoroughly, arrived on time for the work, and finished in a timely fashion. The work was neat, and complete. Several months later he returned to measure humidity and temperature in the crawlspace and they were both within a good range. I would recommend them highly to anyone wishing to encapsulate their crawlspace!
During the recent Atlanta floods, I found some water in my crawl space. Fortunately my neighbor recommended Crawlspace Doctor. After reviewing all my bids, I decided to go with Crawlspace Doctor due to his logical and sensible recomendations. His price was very fair for the job. He showed on our scheduled day; his crew was couteous and professional. They completed in 2 days the entire large crawlspace. I'm no longer afraid to crawl down there! I wish I had done this years ago. I highly recommend Crawlspace Doctor.
I hired Richard to clean up and dry out a very nasty crawlspace after getting 3 other proposals. My decision was based mostly on reviews on Kudzu. Richard put me in touch with another firm to clean up the mold that my procrastination had allowed to get out of control, then he carried out his proposal, including bringing in another company to spray foam insulation on the crawlspace walls and adjacent wood structure. Then the real complications began. My termite company said the foam prevented them from doing a valid inspection. Worse, several months later I was selling the house and needed a termite letter for closing. Richard and I had no luck getting the foam-spraying company to remove the foam from the areas needed for inspection, so he came back and devoted 2 man-days of effort in removing that foam -- at no charge to me. Richard is a man of the highest integrity. Combine that with his knowledge, dependability, and work ethic, and I give him my highest possible recommendation.
We consulted with several different companies when our crawlspace needed repair. Crawlspace Doctor was the one to go with, hands down. The cost, the value, the service, the friendliness of the staff. You won't find a better combination anywhere else. They've even come back several times to make sure everything is working properly, free of charge!
